I was born in Southern Mexico. Originally, I wanted to be a pilot, and I was briefly in the Mexican Air Force. I graduated from CAL state Long Beach with a B.S. in Mathematics. I believe that in order to be an effective teacher one has to have knowledge of the subject more than any other thing. A personal goal of mine is to as much as possible be a source of knowledge for my students.

I have been teaching at bolsa since 1998 and I am enjoying every day of it. I have been a club advisor for Math club, Martial arts club and chess club.
